Early warning system Nepal's top priority: PM Shah

Prime Minister Shah stated that early warning systems are Nepal's top priority following devastating flash floods along the Bhotekoshi river.

The disaster, which occurred on August 26, was triggered by an ice-rock avalanche near the Nepal-Tibet border. The resulting floods severely impacted towns and villages across northern and central Nepal.
