Social and popular groups in Navarrete have announced the extension of an ongoing 48-hour strike by an additional 24 hours. The decision, made on Tuesday, was attributed to the continued lack of response from authorities regarding community demands.

Adelín Núñez, serving as the spokesperson for the organizing groups, communicated the continuation of the protest action. The local mobilization stems from unresolved grievances presented by the community to the government authorities.
