Feijóo criticizes the Government for "using Maricarmen for political purposes" and asks for "an opportunity to solve" the housing problem

To address the broader housing crisis in Spain, Feijóo asserted that the problem can only be resolved by constructing more than one million new homes, which he argued is the sole method capable of lowering housing prices. His remarks directly target the government's handling of housing policies and recent eviction incidents, positioning increased construction as the primary solution.
