Finjus: Failure to comply with Constitutional Court rulings weakens the rule of law

The Institutional Foundation for Justice and Justice (Finjus) has issued a formal warning regarding the status of judicial compliance in the Dominican Republic. The organization stated that the failure to adhere to, the delay of, or the incomplete execution of rulings issued by the Constitutional Tribunal (TC) undermines the rule of law.

According to Finjus, such non-compliance renders the judicial protection of rights ineffective. The warning highlights the critical importance of institutional adherence to constitutional mandates to maintain the integrity of the legal system.
