This proposal follows the recent eviction of Maricarmen, an 87-year-old woman, from her home in Madrid this past Wednesday.

The UPF advocates for this legislative change to ensure institutional oversight in cases where residents face extreme vulnerability. By enabling the Prosecutor's Office to participate in these legal processes, the organization seeks to establish a mechanism to protect individuals at risk of losing their housing.
