Gold prices surge once more in Egyptian markets

Gold prices in Egyptian markets saw yet another surge on Sunday. The price of 21-karat gold rose by about LE 15 per gram, while the gold pound increased by approximately LE 120. The General Division for Gold and Jewelry announced the latest trading prices in goldsmith shops (excluding making charges and stamping fees), noting that actual market prices may vary slightly across governorates.

24-karat gold price The price of 24-karat gold reached approximately LE 6,857. 21-karat gold price The price of 21-karat gold recorded around LE 6,000. 18-karat gold price The price of 18-karat gold held steady at LE5,142.
