Govt. strengthens tax dispute resolution

Government says an effective Tax Appeal Tribunal is vital to improving taxpayer confidence, reducing delays in resolving tax disputes and enhancing domestic revenue collection. Secretary to the Treasury, Felix Nkulukusa, says strengthening taxpayer confidence through an efficient appeals system, is key to increasing domestic resource mobilisation and sustaining economic growth.
