Christian Rodríguez's defense will challenge the dismissal of the complaint against Gustavo Salcedo: "There is compelling evidence, we will go all the way."

The Peruvian Public Ministry has decided to archive a criminal complaint filed by producer Christian Rodríguez Portugal against Gustavo Salcedo Ramírez. The allegations, which included charges of homicide, harassment, coercion, and surveillance, will not proceed to a formal preparatory investigation following the prosecutor's decision to close the case.

In response to the dismissal, Rodríguez’s legal counsel, Gabriela Navarro, has announced plans to formally challenge the decision. The defense maintains that there is compelling evidence to support the accusations and has expressed a commitment to continue legal efforts to overturn the archiving of the complaint.
