Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones de Costa Rica volverá a operar con tres magistrados propietarios tras concluir el proceso electoral

The Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) of Costa Rica will return to its standard operational structure of three proprietary magistrates starting August 2. This transition follows the formal conclusion of the electoral process, which had necessitated a period of extended integration as mandated by national legislation.

The adjustment marks the end of the temporary expansion of the tribunal’s composition, a measure typically utilized during active election cycles to manage increased administrative and judicial demands. With the electoral period now finalized, the institution will revert to its baseline staffing level to continue its regular functions.
