The organization highlights that these groups are increasingly utilizing social media platforms to facilitate the capture and exploitation of minors across the country.

In response to these findings, the organization has called for the implementation of a comprehensive security and justice policy. The proposed measures aim to strengthen state intervention and protect vulnerable youth from the influence and forced involvement of illegal armed structures.
