La Tora is subjected to coercion due to a complaint filed by journalist Iluminada Muñoz

Claudia Pérez, known as La Tora, was issued judicial coercive measures this Thursday following a legal complaint filed by journalist Iluminada Muñoz. The court mandated that Pérez provide a cash bond of 500,000 pesos to remain at liberty during the proceedings.

In addition to the financial guarantee, the court imposed travel restrictions, prohibiting Pérez from leaving the country without judicial authorization. She is also required to report to the Public Ministry on a monthly basis as part of the ongoing legal process.
