Judge approves $4.4 million settlement for children in West Virginia abuse case

Five children at the center of one of West Virginia’s most disturbing child abuse cases have received a major legal victory. A judge approved a $4.4 million settlement this week between the children and the State of West Virginia, ending part of a long legal battle over what happened to them, WCHS-TV said.
