Junqueras (ERC) calls for the "effective implementation" of the amnesty on the 9th anniversary of September 20th

On the ninth anniversary of the September 20, 2017 protests and Civil Guard raids outside the Catalan Department of Economy ahead of the independence referendum, ERC leader Oriol Junqueras has demanded the effective implementation of the amnesty law. Speaking in Barcelona, Junqueras called for the law to be genuinely applied in order to reverse what he described as an undemocratic outrage stemming from the judicial cases against the independence process.
