La Justicia retira la custodia a una madre y se la entrega al padre: la mujer tiene esquizofrenia y “obsesiones satánicas” y solo podrá ver al niño en el Punto de Encuentro Familiar

The Provincial Court of Alicante has confirmed the precautionary withdrawal of parental authority from a mother and granted exclusive custody of her four-year-old child to the father. The judicial decision follows findings that the mother suffers from schizophrenia and experiences "satanic obsessions."

Under the court order, the mother will only be permitted to see the child under supervised conditions at a Family Meeting Point (Punto de Encuentro Familiar). The measure is precautionary as legal proceedings regarding the custody arrangement continue.
