Airbus Spain's workforce maintains its strike by a margin of 67 votes, awaiting the referendum.

The workforce of Airbus in Spain has voted to continue an indefinite strike that was initially launched on August 25. The decision to maintain the labor action, which is backed by the CGT, UGT, and ÚTIL unions, was confirmed following a series of general assembly votes held across Spanish plants between Monday and Tuesday.

The continuation of the strike was decided by a narrow margin, passing with 51.2% to 51.23% of the overall vote in favor of keeping the stoppage going. Meanwhile, 48.7% of the participating workers voted to pause the ongoing mobilizations, resulting in a difference of 67 votes while the workforce awaits a subsequent referendum.
