La Plata: He crossed the tracks on a motorcycle against traffic with the barrier down and was killed when he was hit by the Roca train.

A 19-year-old motorcyclist, identified as Matías Agustín Ledesma, died after being struck by a Roca train in the Buenos Aires locality of City Bell, within the partido of La Plata.

The incident occurred when the young driver crossed the tracks going the wrong way while the security barrier was lowered. As a result of the collision, the victim died at the scene, and judicial authorities have opened an official case file regarding the event.
