The first deportees from the United States arrive in Haiti

On Thursday, a group of more than 150 Haitian nationals was deported from the United States to Haiti. This event marks the first wave of removals following the U.S. administration's decision to discontinue the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) program for Haitian citizens.
