The Youth Summer program reaches 2.5 million trips and nearly two million registered young people

The Spanish government's 'Verano Joven' program has recorded over 2.5 million trips between July 1 and August 10, 2026. The initiative, managed by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility, provides discounts of up to 90% on train and bus travel for young people, with nearly two million individuals registered for the program to date.
