The proposal seeks to officially declare Martín Cirio—legally known as Gustavo Mariano Martín Frattini—as an Outstanding Personality of Culture in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

The initiative to honor the public figure was acknowledged by Cirio himself, who reacted to the political proposal with the public remark, "¡Bravo ese legislador!"
