Metro eliminates transfer at María Montez station for passengers

Starting this Sunday, passengers traveling from Los Alcarrizos on the Santo Domingo Metro are no longer required to transfer at the María Montez station, located at kilometer 9 of the Duarte Highway. This change streamlines the commute for riders continuing their journey along the line.

Previously, commuters were obligated to perform a transfer at this specific station to reach their final destination. The elimination of this requirement simplifies the transit process for those traveling from the Los Alcarrizos area.
