Mural of rapper Macklemore painted in Gaza after Sheeran tour furor

Artists in Gaza City have painted a mural of US rapper Macklemore on a concrete slab leaning against ruined buildings surrounded by rubble. The artwork depicts the musician raising a fist in the air and wrapped in a Palestinian flag.

The mural was created following controversy surrounding Macklemore, who was reportedly removed from Ed Sheeran's upcoming tour after publicly calling for a "Free Palestine."
