At least 65 Americans still missing in Nepal after deadly floods and mudslides

At least 65 American citizens are among the hundreds of people still missing following deadly floods and mudslides in Nepal and Tibet. The catastrophic disaster was triggered by a glacial collapse that wiped out towns located along the Nepal-China border.

Rescue teams are actively searching the affected region for survivors. Current estimates indicate that the disaster has resulted in over 300 to 350 fatalities, with more than 1,300 individuals remaining unaccounted for, including numerous foreign tourists caught in the sudden flooding.
