New Cesfront director oversees border security

Major General Enrique Trujillo, the newly appointed director of the Specialized Land Border Security Corps (Cesfront), conducted an inspection tour of various military bases along the Dominican Republic's border. He was accompanied during the visit by the new director of Intelligence of the Joint Staff of the Ministry of Defense.

The tour serves as an initial oversight mission for the new leadership as they assume control of border security operations. The inspection focused on evaluating the current status of military installations and the operational readiness of security forces stationed in the border region.
