Bishop Jesús Castro Marte proposes solutions for Dominican education

Bishop Jesús Castro Marte has proposed temporary solutions for the Dominican Republic's education system to address the risk of students lacking classroom space. The proposal calls for a collaborative effort involving the government, religious institutions, private businesses, social organizations, and property owners.

Under the plan, various existing structures—including hotels, industrial warehouses, and other suitable local facilities—would be temporarily converted into classrooms to accommodate students and mitigate the educational infrastructure shortage.
