Plastics for School Supplies collects 1.5 million bottles

The third edition of the "Plásticos por Útiles Escolares" initiative concluded on Saturday, successfully gathering 16.5 million plastic bottles. The event aimed to promote recycling while supporting families through the distribution of educational supplies.

During the initiative, participating families received more than 24,000 backpack kits that included electronic tablets. According to the organizers, the large-scale collection drive highlights the ongoing community engagement with environmental and educational programs.
