Police ID man accused of wearing Chucky-style mask, terrorizing people in Center City Philadelphia

The Philadelphia Police Department identified the suspect in the Aug. 12 assaults as 22-year-old Zymire Hughes. An arrest warrant has been issued for 22-year-old Zymire Hughes, police announced on Thursday.
