Saharan dust will keep the weather hot in the Dominican Republic

On Thursday in the Dominican Republic, the weather will be characterized by a hot, sunny, and grayish environment driven by a light concentration of Saharan dust particles. Despite the presence of the dust, the Dominican Institute reports that rainfall is still expected in some localities.

The precipitation is being caused by the incidence of a trough located in the upper levels of the troposphere, which will interact with the prevailing atmospheric conditions influenced by the Saharan dust.
