Presidente de Panamá viajará a Ecuador para hablar con Noboa sobre Comercio y Seguridad

Panamanian President José Raúl Mulino is scheduled to travel to Ecuador this Friday to meet with his counterpart, Daniel Noboa. The Panamanian leader will be accompanied by members of his cabinet for the official visit.
