Samsung Heavy wins 307.4 bln-won order to build 2 gas carriers

On Wednesday, September 30, South Korean shipbuilder Samsung Heavy Industries Co. secured a 307.4 billion-won order to construct two gas carriers.

The contract was announced in Seoul, South Korea, by Yonhap English. The deal adds to the company's ongoing commercial shipbuilding activities in the gas carrier sector.
