1 taken to hospital after small plane leaves runway

One person was taken to the hospital after a small plane crashed off the runway at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport on Friday. The plane came to a rest upside-down near the airport. Two people were on board the plane, one person was taken to the hospital, according to North Metro Fire.
