SPRINGFIELD — A man on a power scooter was struck and killed by the driver of a SUV on Saturday night.The victim was hit at 11:05 p.m. He was brought to Baystate Medical Center by ambulance and died of his injuries Sunday morning, said Ryan Walsh, police spokesman.
