Syria seizes drugs in operations along Lebanon border

Syrian Arab Army border guards have conducted a series of operations along the Syrian-Lebanese border since the beginning of September, resulting in the seizure of various narcotics. According to the Syrian Ministry of Defense, the confiscated substances include both hashish and Captagon pills.

The operations were announced through the ministry's Media and Communications Department, which reported the findings to the state-run news agency SANA. These actions represent a targeted effort by Syrian military forces to intercept illicit drug trafficking along the shared border region.
