TCS to acquire Porsche arm for $373 million, inks $1.4 billion deal

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an agreement to acquire the Porsche Engineering Services subsidiary for $373 million. As part of the broader strategic arrangement, TCS has also secured a long-term services contract valued at approximately $1.4 billion.
