Teen dressed as clown arrested in Illinois after elderly man found stabbed to death

An Illinois teenager dressed as a clown and carrying a knife was arrested after a 78-year-old man was found stabbed to death on an East St. Louis street — but police haven’t said whether the teen is a suspect in the killing.
