A former Alicante councilor confirms his appearance before the judge in the VPP case at Les Corts: "It's the only thing I can contribute."

Toni Gallego, former councilor for Finance and Heritage for the PP in the Alicante City Council, testified this Wednesday before the judge investigating irregularities in the allocation of public protection housing (VPP) at Les Naus in Playa de San Juan. During his appearance as a witness, Gallego ratified his previous statements made before Les Corts regarding the case.

In his testimony, Gallego confirmed that he was aware of the involvement of the Urban Planning councilor regarding a public protection apartment at least a year and a half before the irregularities were publicly exposed. He maintained that his testimony regarding his previous appearance in Les Corts remains the only information he can contribute to the ongoing judicial investigation.
