Upper Trishuli tunnel crown found, but no response from inside

Rescue teams have successfully located the crown of the Upper Trishuli tunnel, marking a significant development in the ongoing emergency response. The Nepal Army is currently drilling into the upper section of the structure to establish contact and facilitate a potential rescue operation.

At least 35 individuals are believed to be trapped inside the tunnel following the incident. Authorities have reported no response from within the tunnel thus far, and efforts remain focused on breaching the obstruction to assess the condition of those unaccounted for.
