West Bank homes left without water or electricity

Three homes in the town of Qusra in the occupied West Bank have been besieged, leaving residents without access to water or electricity.

According to the town's mayor, Israeli soldiers have prevented technical teams and activists from reaching the affected properties to restore essential services.
