When 2 dogs went missing in a car crash, a volunteer spent weeks searching

Following a car crash that resulted in two dogs going missing, volunteer Christine Quaiff spent weeks searching for the animals. Quaiff has successfully located dozens of missing dogs over the past few years.

Her efforts are part of a broader trend involving a growing national network of lost pet recovery specialists. These specialists frequently provide their search and rescue services to the public free of charge.
