Zapatero recurre la autorización del juez para investigar cuentas bancarias suyas y de su entorno

Former Spanish Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero has formally appealed a judicial authorization granting permission to investigate bank accounts belonging to him and his associates.

In his legal challenge, Zapatero contends that the judicial authorization constitutes a generic habilitation that improperly permits an unrestricted and prospective investigation into his financial records.
