Horacio Rosatti, president of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Council of the Magistracy, called for the urgent filling of judicial vacancies during the official launch of the adversarial criminal system in Misiones this Monday. He emphasized that the current number of unfilled positions negatively impacts the overall functionality and efficiency of the national judicial system.
